Purchasing & Cloning Templates
Free Templates
Free templates can be cloned by any registered user without payment. Simply click the template and select Clone to Agent to create a new agent with the template's configuration.
Paid Templates
For paid templates, the purchase flow uses Solana blockchain payments:
- Click Purchase: Select the template and click the purchase button
- Prepare Payment: Node Sphere calculates the token amount based on the current exchange rate
- Sign Transaction: Review and sign the Solana transaction in your wallet (90-second window)
- Confirmation: Once confirmed on-chain, the template is added to your purchased library
Supported payment tokens include native SOL, USDC, and the configured payment token.
Cloning a Template to Create an Agent
Once you own a template (purchased or free), you can clone it to create a new agent:
- Navigate to My Purchased Templates or find the template in the marketplace
- Click Clone to Agent
- Node Sphere creates a new agent with all the template's configuration:
- Tasks and prompt templates
- Goals and execution steps
- Data source configurations
- MCP server connections
- Plugin settings
- Model configuration (you'll need to add your own API keys)
- The new agent is assigned to an available server and created in Pending status
- Add your platform credentials (API keys, bot tokens) and start the agent
Note: Template cloning copies the configuration structure but does not include sensitive credentials like API keys or bot tokens. You'll need to configure these for your new agent.
Publishing Templates
Creating a Template from an Agent
You can publish any of your existing agents as a template:
- Navigate to My Created Templates in the sidebar
- Click Save for Agent and select an existing agent
- Node Sphere copies the agent's full configuration into a new template
- Fill in the template listing details:
- Name: A descriptive name for the marketplace
- Description: Short description shown in listings
- Long Description: Detailed description with usage instructions
- Category: Select the most appropriate category
- Pricing: Set as free or enter a price in USD
- Thumbnail: Upload an image for the listing
Template Status Lifecycle
Templates follow a status workflow:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Draft | Initial state — not visible in the marketplace |
| Under Review | Submitted for admin approval (when approval is required) |
| Published | Live in the marketplace, visible to all users |
| Rejected | Not approved — rejection reason provided for revision |
| Archived | Removed from marketplace by the creator |
Updating Published Templates
When admin approval is enabled and you edit a published template:
- Changes are saved as a pending change rather than applied immediately
- The template status moves to Under Review
- Once approved, changes are merged into the live template
- If rejected, you receive a reason and can revise
Template Content
A template captures the complete agent configuration:
- Tasks: Prompt templates, scheduling, topics, adjectives, post examples
- Goals: Objective definitions, steps, scheduling, priority, retry configuration
- Data Sources: API endpoints, authentication, caching, response paths
- MCP Servers: Server connections with endpoints and transport settings
- Plugins: Plugin configurations and settings
- Model Configuration: Provider types, model names, and tuning parameters (temperature, tokens, penalties) — for text, image, video, audio, and embedding models
Creator Revenue & Fees
Revenue Structure
When a user purchases your template, the payment is split:
- Creator Share: The majority of the sale goes to the template creator
- Platform Fee: A configurable percentage goes to the Node Sphere platform
- Token Burn: A portion of the platform fee is used for token buy-back and burn
Tracking Revenue
Navigate to My Created Templates to view:
- Total templates created
- Number of published and pending templates
- Total purchases across all templates
- Total revenue earned
- Per-template purchase count and revenue

Node Sphere provides a library of official templates covering popular use cases:
- Twitter engagement and posting agents
- Discord community management bots
- Telegram assistant bots
- YouTube content creation agents

- Universal agents for DeFi alerts, wallet tracking, and marketing campaigns
